By accessing or using Kwallo (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Kwallo is a platform for browsing, downloading, liking, and commenting on K-Pop wallpaper images organized by artist and group.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

When using Kwallo, you agree not to:

• Post comments that are unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend, ban, or delete any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Wallpapers made available on Kwallo are provided for personal, non-commercial use only (such as setting them as your own device wallpaper). Unless otherwise stated:

• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish downloaded images elsewhere as your own
• You may not use the images for commercial purposes
• All images remain the property of their respective rights holders (the artists, their agencies, or photographers); Kwallo does not claim ownership of uploaded artist imagery

If you believe any content infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with details, and we will review and remove it where appropriate.

By posting a comment, you grant Kwallo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Service. You retain ownership of your comments. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

We may suspend or permanently delete your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon deletion, your profile, comments, and likes will be permanently removed.

The Kwallo name, logo, and website design are the property of Kwallo. Artist photos and wallpapers belong to their respective rights holders.

The Service relies on third-party providers (authentication, hosting, storage). Your use of sign-in methods such as Google, Apple, Facebook, or X is also subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kwallo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
